Motivation - a Habit

Motivation should be a daily habit. To explain this lets understand it with a short motivating story.

Once upon a time in a small town, there was a man whose name was Daniel. Daniel used to go to church each and everyday without fail and spoke to Father of church daily. He was so particular that he never  missed attending church on daily basis.

One day Daniel got a thought that everyday the father is saying me same things again and again. So he decided not to go to church as there is no use of listening same thing everyday. Father realized that Daniel has stopped coming to church, but father didn't do anything about it and one day Daniel got fever and he was very much sick. As it was a small town, father came to know about Daniels health.

Father went to see Daniel in his home and entered Daniels room, but Daniel wasn't happy by seeing father. He turned his head to aside when he saw father coming then he sat on a chair beside Daniel and kept quite for sometime. Later Father moved close to a furnace wherein fire was burning.

Father took a stick kept near the furnace and kept it slantly in furnace and Daniel was observing this. Stick started burning and the fire was on its peak. Now Father removed the stick from the fire and kept it aside. Stick was loosing fire slowly and the fire got off within minutes. Later Father left the room without saying anything to Daniel.

What observation we can make from this is, stick was burning like anything when it was in fire but when it was removed from fire it went off. Hence motivation is also like the burning fire wherein we have to get motivated each and everyday to brighten ourself and achieve our dreams.

Motivation should be like our bathing habit, we will never forget to take a bath. In the same way, we must always keep motivating ourselves daily.
